About the Virtual Roundtable

Collaboration with the external ecosystem can help address many challenges that enterprise/GBS face today – startup collaboration is one example that many are considering (or currently leveraging) to drive their innovation agendas.

To help organizations in the early stages of their startup collaboration journeys, this session will open with an overview of do’s and don’ts of successful collaborations, followed by a group discussion of how participants are designing and executing these partnerships, including the role of GICs, key design elements, execution prerequisites, and win-win ingredients.

  • Who should attend

Organizations’ global services/GBS executives who want to learn more about driving collaboration with startups as part of their innovation journeys and discuss concepts with their peers.

  • What you will learn

Attendees will learn from the experience of other enterprises/GBS organizations that have successfully leveraged startup ecosystems and steps they have taken to facilitate this collaboration and make this partnership more effective in addressing global challenges for the GBS/enterprise.
  • Virtual Roundtable Guidelines

While there is no charge for these sessions, the price of admission is participation. These sessions are most successful when all attendees are prepared to share their experiences with colleagues at other enterprises.

In support of this objective, participation is limited to senior executives within enterprises (no service providers), and each attendance request must be approved by Everest Group to ensure an appropriate size and mix of participants. The 60-minute session includes introductions, a short presentation, and 45 minutes of facilitated discussion.
