About the Virtual Roundtable

Digital is causing disruptions at a faster pace than ever before, and procurement organizations are feeling the pressure. As businesses are challenged to remain competitive, how do procurement teams make sure they're part of the solution – not the problem?

Digital disruptions are impacting every part of the business, and procurement and sourcing are not immune. In today’s environment, it is essential that procurement and sourcing focus on increasing and improving their ability to delivery strategic value. In this session, we will offer insights into the latest impacts of digital transformation on the business and then spend the bulk of the time discussing strategies among the group to address the challenge.

  • Who should attend

CPOs, Heads of Procurement, Heads of Sourcing, senior management in Sourcing and Procurement

  • What you will learn

As a group, we will discuss common traps that procurement falls into that limit their ability to influence and deliver value, as well as how procurement and sourcing can better position themselves to be trusted partners in supporting businesses through the digital transformation journey.
  • Virtual Roundtable Guidelines

While there is no charge for these sessions, the price of admission is participation. These sessions are most successful when all attendees are prepared to share their experiences with colleagues at other enterprises.

In support of this objective, participation is limited to senior executives within enterprises (no service providers), and each attendance request must be approved by Everest Group to ensure an appropriate size and mix of participants. The 90-minute session includes introductions, a short presentation, and 60 minutes of facilitated discussion.
