Request to attend

Note that participation is limited to enterprises only (no service providers), and Everest Group must approve each attendance request. While there is no charge for the session, the price of admission is participation. These sessions are most successful when all attendees are prepared to share their experiences with colleagues at other enterprises.

Given the participatory nature of the Virtual Roundtable, your name and email address will be visible to others who participate.

About the Virtual Roundtable

The Coronacrisis has required service providers to handle the turmoil of work from home, medical absenteeism, and an economic downturn. Some providers have fared better than others.

In this interactive discussion we’ll talk about which suppliers are emerging as leaders and which suppliers are falling behind, and participants will share their experiences as they settle into the next normal.

  • Who should attend

Outsourcing category and supplier managers for BPO, IT services, and engineering services

  • What you will learn

Participants will discuss the characteristics that differentiate suppliers that successfully navigated the early days of the crisis; the current outsourcing market and attributes of a winning model; and, which providers are financially outperforming their peers.
  • Virtual Roundtable Guidelines

While there is no charge for these sessions, the price of admission is participation. These sessions are most successful when all attendees are prepared to share their experiences with colleagues at other enterprises.

In support of this objective, participation is limited to senior executives within enterprises (no service providers), and each attendance request must be approved by Everest Group to ensure an appropriate size and mix of participants. The 90-minute session includes introductions, a short presentation, and 60 minutes of facilitated discussion.
